We are a top-down, inside-out property enhancement service: from roofing to flooring and from full landscape installation to general maintenance, and everything in between. Natives of Cobb County, we formed Hutson Family Contracting in April of 2013. Licensed, insured, and invested in the community in which we grew up and now raise a family, we understand the importance of reputation and standing behind our work. We have deeply-rooted, strong working relationships with our employees, of which the majority are either family or longtime friends. Our customers benefit from these relationships, and we’re proud that we’ve retained so many of them over the years.   

Our original ambition was to increase the value of residential properties through basic property upgrades. Paint, flooring, and landscape were, and still are our primary services. However, as with all property ventures, one thing led to another. We have expanded into comprehensive project coordinators: if we can’t do it, we employ a tradesman who can! We manage large, commercial projects for clients all over the country, but still enjoy completing the simplest of projects for the original customer down the street.
